Shipping Rates
We may utilize UPS, FedEx, or USPS ground services based on your location and the cost of the shipping rates. Our shipping fees are based on order total are are as follows:
$0 - $25 = $6.50 shipping
$25.01 - $50.00 = $9.50 shipping
$50.01 - $74.99 = $12.50 shipping
$75+ = FREE gound shipping!
Returns
Due to the personal nature of our handmade items, there are no returns on Faith & Freedom Naturals or Essential products. If we made an error, we will address that with you. If you're not a fan of a scent or product, we encourage you to gift it to someone else.
Turnaround Time
Turn around for already made items F&F and L&G items is 3 to 5 days. If the items is not already made, it will ship in 5-8 business days.
Scent Descriptions and Photos
Scent is very subjective. What smells strongly of patchouli, for example, to one person may be indistinguishable to another. Every attempt is made to accurately describe scents and products. Due to the nature of computer displays, the color of products shown online may look slightly different in real-life. Returns are not accepted for scents or color discrepencies.
Custom Items
Prices vary on custom made items and turnaround time may be longer than for everyday products.
